National Search for ASPIRA Delaware Chief Executive Officer

The ASPIRA Delaware Board of Directors officially launched the search for ASPIRA Delaware’s next Chief Executive Officer on May 18, 2026. As part of this important process, the Board has engaged Edgility, an outside executive search firm, to support and guide a comprehensive, inclusive, and mission-aligned search.

Selecting the next CEO is one of the Board’s most important responsibilities. The individual chosen will play a critical role in leading ASPIRA Delaware into its next chapter, strengthening our PK-12 system, supporting our current campuses, and helping guide the organization through continued growth, including the planned Georgetown expansion.

Edgility will assist the Board with key components of the CEO search process, including identifying the desired qualifications and characteristics of the next CEO, supporting stakeholder input and engagement, developing a strong pool of qualified candidates, coordinating the interview process, helping the Board narrow the candidate pool, and advising on compensation considerations.

While the Board hopes to move through the process in a timely manner, the priority is not speed. Instead, the focus it is finding the right leader for ASPIRA Delaware. The search will be conducted with care, confidentiality, and a commitment to identifying a CEO who is the best fit for our students, families, team members, mission, and future.
